Call for ideas: share your research in progress
Have you just started working on a (new) research project? Would you like to share your ideas at an early stage? Or are you looking to draw lessons and inspirations from the research experiences of peers and colleagues? Sign up for our “research snapshots” symposium!
On September 24, the Event Committee of the KVNM is organizing a mini-symposium for works-in-progress. Students and researchers are invited to present and pitch their preliminary research in musicology, music theory and music history, or any related discipline. Contributions can take any form and last 5-10 minutes, with ample time for discussion afterward. The mini-symposium will take place live, either in Utrecht or Amsterdam. More information on the accessibility of this event will follow shortly.
How to participate
We invite students and researchers in all stages of their careers to submit a “research snapshot“ before August 26. Proposals in English or Dutch, consisting of a preliminary title, a short description (maximum 50 words), and a short bio (maximum 50 words), can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
