Membership KVNM

The KVNM collects basic data from its members for its own purposes. This is done conforming to the new Dutch laws concerning data protection (Wet Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming, AVG). We will only ask you for your gender, name, postal address, and email address. If you decide to unsubscribe, your data will be erased from our system after a year. We will collect your data from the moment you enter them on our website. Of course we will not pass your data on to third parties.

 

TVNM

Addresses of authors and reviewers will solely be used for correspondence about contributions to TVNM. We will ask authors permission to publish their email addresses in TVNM.

 

Webshop

KVNM collects basic data from customers for the sales of our products. If you create an account, we will ask you about your gender, name, email address and postal address to send you our products. You will be in charge of your account.

 

Cookie Policy

We use cookies for analysing and improving our website. If you visit KVNM.nl, you agree to the use of these cookies.

 

Through our website a cookie from the American company Google is placed on your hard drive, as part of its 'Analytics' service. We use this service to keep track of visitor usage of our website. Google can pass this information on to third parties if they are lawfully obligated to, or insofar as third parties process this information on behalf of Google. We have no control over this. We have not allowed Google to use our Analytics information for other Google services.

 

The information that Google collects is anonymised as much as possible. Your IP-adress will not be passed on. The information will be tranfered to and stored on Google's servers in the United States. Google has to abide by Privacy Shield principles and is part of the Privacy Shield programme of the US Department of Commerce. This entails an adequate level of protection for the processing of personal data.
